Although we have all changed, life goes on. We all have new roles, new responsibilities. We didn’t choose to be in this situation, but with the help of our family and friends and the support of caregivers, I’m confident that we will pull through these rough times. We may even come out stronger for the experience.
A new stage begins, and each member of the family will have to find their niche and their role in order to adjust to the new world created by the traumatic brain injury (TBI).
